ENVIRO Degreaser tackles stubborn red dirt on mining equipment, heavy machinery and work vehicles. Its blend of wetting agents, surfactants and emulsifiers helps loosen dirt and break through the oily grime that holds it against surfaces, making accumulated deposits easier to wash away.

POWERFUL REMOVAL OF HEAVY GREASE & OIL
Specially formulated for demanding cleaning tasks, ENVIRO Degreaser penetrates and lifts both organic and petroleum-based oils and greases. It helps remove the combination of lubricants, dirt and oily residue commonly found on machinery, workshop equipment and contaminated concrete floors.

QUICK-BREAK TECHNOLOGY — WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
During cleaning, the surfactants help lift oil and grease from surfaces and temporarily disperse them in the wash water. This mixture of oil and water is called an emulsion.

“Quick break” means that this temporary emulsion is designed to separate again after cleaning. Released oil droplets can join together and rise towards the surface, where suitable separation equipment can collect them.

SUPPORTS EFFECTIVE OILY-WATER SEPARATION
ENVIRO Degreaser’s quick-break action makes it a practical choice for wash bays connected to compatible oily-water separators. By allowing oil to separate from the wash water, it supports the separator’s ability to capture oil rather than keeping it tightly emulsified and difficult to remove.

Performance depends on correct dilution, adequate separation time and a properly operated treatment system. Confirm compatibility with your separator supplier.
